Karunu

Karuna (pronounced ka·ru·na) is generally thought to be the practice of compassion including self-compassion which allows for greater compassion.  Compassion involves the feeling for others and it is what allows us to be moved by others suffering in such a way to be motivated to help and alleviate another’s suffering.  The qualities of compassion include warmth, kindness and wisdom and these are the guiding principle for the work that I do.
